Takeaways from GO BIG Long Island 2025—Charging Forward

We attended the Big I New York's GO BIG Long Island conference at the Long Island Marriott in Uniondale. This year's theme was "Charging Forward", with the most common topic of conversation being Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its penetration into the insurance market. The event was well attended by insurance agents, insurance carriers and third party service providers.

We view AI's penetration into the insurance market as a tremendous opportunity to improve efficiency and accuracy. From streamlining workflows and enhancing customer service to refining underwriting and claims processes, AI has the potential to elevate how we serve our clients. As we continue to explore and adopt emerging technologies, our goal remains the same: to deliver faster, smarter, and more personalized insurance solutions.
