Kristen brings over 15 years of experience to her management position at Brooks Robb & Callahan.  Kristen began her career as a customer service representative before transitioning to a producer at various insurance agencies throughout New York and Massachusetts.  As CEO and Head of Personal Lines, Kristen continues to produce business while managing the success and operations of all personal lines business.  When not at work, Kristen enjoys spending time with her husband, three children and family dog, Waffles.

Lindsey brings over a decade of experience to her management position at Brooks Robb & Callahan.  Lindsey began her career as a commercial lines underwriter at The Hartford before returning to Long Island to help manage Brooks Robb & Callahan.  As President and Head of Commercial Lines, Lindsey continues to produce and service business while managing the success and operations of all commercial lines business.  When not at work, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, two cats and full chicken coop.

Having served as a licensed insurance producer for Brooks Robb & Callahan since 2013, Scott joined the team as COO and Head of Business Development in 2021.  Prior to joining the team full time, Scott served as a Director at UBS Investment Bank.  As COO and Head of Business Development, Scott oversees day-to-day operations, strengthens internal processes, and leads strategic growth initiatives. When not at work Scott enjoys spending time with his wife, nieces and nephews, and watching the New York Jets try to rebuild their franchise year after year.
